Terms and conditions

  • The social room is for free use of all guests
  • The phone is not to be used by the guests, although it is allowed to receive calls on it
  • We ask that all materials (guides, books, games, DVD's) are used with respect and care so that future guests can also use it
  • The kitchen is to be used only by Anita's B&B staff. However we allow access to the fridge
  • Check in time is from 12.00h and check out before 11.00h. These times are however flexible as long as it does not affect any other guest.
  • In case of remaning in the city until much later than check out, we can store your luggage until departure
  • Payment can be made by cash or by bank transfer. Bank transfers must have cleared before arrival. We appologize if this is an inconvenience but it is necessary due to the ammount of attempted internet fraude we have experienced.
